Base Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000 (Based on experience level)

We are looking to add an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Litigation team in our Los Angeles office.
- Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and responsive professionals who can work in a dynamic environment.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a high volume, fast-paced civil litigation environment providing litigation assistance and secretarial support.
- This person will support 3 attorneys who practice entertainment and/or business litigation law, so to qualify candidates must have supported attorneys with similar practices.
- Daily tasks can vary, but general functions will include: manual calendaring in Outlook, formatting briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents, entering attorney time and billing, e-filing legal documents, corresponding with clients, submitting expense reports, and calendaring.
- Our top candidates can work with a variety of attorney styles and are comfortable communicating with clients and partners.
