We are seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Machinist / Fabrication Manager for our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the machining operations and developing production processes for our stone/granite, and fabrication projects using a Park Industries Voyager CNC machine.
Position Overview:
The CNC Machinist - Manager will be responsible for managing the machining operations for our facility. This includes developing production processes, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols as required by OSHA regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing production outputs, providing technical oversight and guidance to machinists, and ensuring that all jobs are completed on time and to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the machining operations for our facility
Develop and maintain production processes for stone, granite, quartzite, and fabrication projects
Analyze production outputs to ensure quality and accuracy
Provide technical oversight and guidance to machinists
Ensure that all jobs are completed on time and to our high standards
Maintain safety protocols as required by OSHA regulations
Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience with CNC operations using Park Industries Voyager machine
Demonstrated experience with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
High level of attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Housing + Vehicle
