We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager with TS/SCI and CI Poly to join our team in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction management of various projects and will be responsible for assuring safety, quality, and budget goals are achieved. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Federal government projects and a thorough understanding of the contractual requirements associated with these projects.
Position Overview
The Construction Manager - TS/SCI, CI Poly will be responsible for the management of construction projects. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of plans, policies, and procedures throughout the life cycle of the project, and you will ensure that all safety, quality, and budget goals are met. You will provide consultation and direction to other construction teams and will ensure that all contract documents and requirements are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Federal government construction projects from inception to completion
Analyze and interpret contract requirements and ensure compliance throughout the life cycle of the project
Develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures for the management of construction projects
Ensure safety, quality, and budget goals are met
Monitor and review progress of the project and take corrective action as required
Prepare proposals, contracts, CCRs, and UARs
Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, team members, and contractors
Qualifications
Possesses TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
3+ years of direct experience in the Federal government construction projects
PMP, CCM, CQM-C, USACE certifications are a plus
Proven experience in preparing proposals, contracts, CCRs, and UARs
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
