Job Title: Fully Remote Tax Director
Location: Massachusetts - Remote
Compensation: $130K-$185k base salary
Requirement: 6+ years of Public Accounting experience. CPA preferred, but not required.
This is a fully remote opportunity with a preference of candidates on Eastern and Central Standard Time Zones.
We are a regional firm located in Wakefield, MA with staff spread out across all time zones. Our main focus on clientele is on the High-Net-Worth side of things offering services including tax compliance, philanthropic advising, estate planning to name a few. We also focus on these industries as well; Construction, Manufacturing, Distribution, Non-Profit, etc.

Position Overview: The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing all tax-related activities for the organization, including compliance, research, and planning. The Tax Manager will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, as well as provide tax advice and support to internal stakeholders. They will also provide guidance on potential tax savings opportunities, while ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
