Job Title: Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager
Location: Dallas/ Fort Worth
Salary: $180k-200k + Full Benefits + Fully Remote (Anywhere in the US)
Requirements: CPA At least 5+ years of Tax Exp. (S Corp, HNWI, Partnerships)

With 3 offices in Dallas, Arlington and Plano we have a strong Tax, Accounting and Audit Practice servicing our clients for over 30 years. Due to this growth, we are now actively interviewing for a Senior Tax Manager (CPA Preferred EA is ok as well ). The industries we specialize in include Non-Profit, Construction, Manufacturing, Government, Healthcare, and Real Estate to name a few.

Responsibilities include:
-Review and manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations with a focus on HNW Individuals & Families
-Review financial statements and perform accounting and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and client books and records
-Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability
-Manage and monitor client deliverables and due dates
-Prepare or review complex U.S. and state individual income, gift tax, and estate tax returns
-Conduct complex tax research and prepare memorandum outlining findings and conclusions
-Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquires, and tax notices
-Communicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax matters
-Lead department in knowledge of software, processes, and workflows
Required:
- At least 4-7+ years of Public Accounting experience
- Prep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong Prep and Review experience
Nice to Have:
- Active CPA or CPA Candidate
- EA (Enrolled Agent)
- Experience with multiple industries
