Job Title: Tax Attorney
Location: Leola, PA (hybrid)
Salary: $60K-$140K DOE + uncapped bonus plan
Requirements: JD, BS/BA Accounting, Tax Laws
- Creating and applying the state and local tax laws to benefit our clients while minimizing their tax obligations
- Completing Sales & Use Tax Reverse audits
- Reviewing client companies' accounts payables data and using tax accruals to determine where sales and use tax is paid
- Analyzing sales and use tax payments for refund opportunities
- Developing appeals schedules and documenting the transactions for a requested refund
- Bachelor's in Accounting & Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
- Strong knowledge of PA tax laws and understanding of the internal revenue code
- Ability to develop appeals and represent clients at administrative levels such as PA Board of Appeals and Board of Finance and Revenue
