We are located in Lehi, UT. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite). This role is to lead our IT initiatives in a Microsoft Office 365-centric environment, supporting a mix of Windows and OSX laptops. This role involves managing and securing our IT infrastructure, provisioning devices, managing configurations within Office 365, ensuring cybersecurity, and providing general support to all employees.
What you will be doing:
-Provision, configure, and secure Windows and OSX laptops, ensuring they meet company standards and employee needs.
-Manage Microsoft Office 365 configurations, including user accounts, mailboxes, and security settings, to enhance collaboration and productivity.
-Implement and manage security measures across all IT systems, including endpoint protection, to safeguard company data.
-Facilitate the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, ensuring a seamless transition in terms of IT access and equipment.
-Provide comprehensive support for all IT issues, offering solutions to employees and improving overall IT service delivery.
-Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, particularly focusing on data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Conduct IT training sessions to enhance employees' understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity practices, and efficient use of O365 tools.
What you need:
-In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration, configuration, and best practices.
-Proven experience in IT management, preferably in an environment utilizing Microsoft Office 365 and supporting both Windows and OSX operating systems.
-Strong understanding of IT security and data privacy regulations.
-Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
-A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a particular interest in cloud innovations and their application in improving organizational IT operations.
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related.
