We are looking for an experienced Superintendent, Multi Family to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, commercial, and real estate, and must have a strong understanding of high rise, apartments, condos, garden wrap, and podium structures.
Position Overview: The Superintendent, Multi Family will oversee the management of all on-site construction activities and personnel. This position will ensure that all projects are completed within the specified timeframe, budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will also be responsible for providing direction and leadership to a team of construction personnel, while collaborating with other departments, vendors, and contractors.
