The main goals of the GC Superintendent are to complete the project on schedule, within budget, top quality workmanship, and zero safety incidents. Position Overview:
Leadership and positive project morale
Assist the Project Manager in the development of the on-site procedures
Examine the contract drawings and specifications for design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations
Plan and review the Construction Program
Verify that each Subcontractor has completed his contractual requirements
Maintain good relations and communications with all involved in the project, including the public
Qualifications
At least 10+ years of experience managing large-scale GC industrial and heavy commercial projects.
CPR/AER Certified
30 Hour OSHA Training
Great Communication and Organizational Skills
Hands on Leader
Understand plans and specs
set and manage project schedules and budgets
