Job Title: Superintendent
Locations Available: Charleston, SC & Troutman, NC
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000
My client is a top commercial roofing contractor in the Carolinas who have been in business for over 20 years. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, and willingness and ability to travel through the Carolinas for projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct pre-construction meetings and site inspections to assess project requirements and identify potential challenges.
Travel to job sites throughout the Carolinas as required.
Manage onsite personnel, including roofing crews and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate project estimates and proposals.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a strong understanding of various roofing systems and materials.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to motivate and manage onsite personnel effectively.
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
Clean driving record and valid license
Familiar with safety regulations and best practices in commercial roofing.
