Salary: $90,000-$130,000
Requirements: Superintendent with Commercial, Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, & Government Experience with projects $5+ Million in size

Key Responsibilities:
Position Overview: The Superintendent will oversee public and private sector construction projects at the municipal level. They will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and quality control of the projects. They will collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget.
