Job Title: General Superintendent - Multifamily Construction
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $140k- $165k+ DOE; Bonus Incentives, Allowances, Travel Assistance as Necessary
Requirements: 15+ years experience in Multifamily Construction; wood framing experience is required

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Superintendent to join our team. As a General Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind our multifamily construction ventures in Charlotte, overseeing projects ranging from $20 to $50 million in size. You will spearhead strategic growth initiatives, on-site field administration and technical management, ensuring our projects are created on time, within budget, and in adherence to our high-quality standards.
