Located in North Denver, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing construction team. Founded in 1978, we are a multifamily MEP subcontractor licensed in Colorado and California. We primarily focus on the mechanical and plumbing installation of multifamily, K-12, hotels, clinics, and retail. We have worked hard to grow to be one of the premier plumbing and mechanical subcontractors in the state. We pride ourselves on our work and commitment and want someone who shares those values to join our team!

- Extensive knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing systems
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MEP codes as they relate to project
- Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines
- Previous experience with MEP subcontractors and contracts
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in MEP coordination
- Previous experience as PM, QC, or MEP Superintendent on medium to large projects ($10M+) is required
- 3+ years as an Assistant or Lead Superintendent
- HS Diploma
- Experience in MEP Construction
