Duties:
-Work together to establish the budget and schedule with clients, project managers, and other construction management personnel.
-Work with suppliers and vendors to arrange for the delivery of supplies and equipment.
-Make schedules for employees and outside vendors.
-Appoint more subcontractors and distribute the job appropriately.
-Keep a daily record of all activities at the job site and report to management as needed.
-Modify the operation as needed to better fulfill construction schedules.
-Implement economical and effective management strategies.
Must have at least 5 years of construction experience with a combination of the following:
-Structural Steel
-Structural Concrete
-Commercial Builds
-Health
-Dental
-Vision
-Company Vehicle
-Bonus Structure
-Profit Sharing
