Job Duties:
-Manage and oversee subcontractors
-In charge of creating and managing project timelines; -Purchase orders and schedule products
-In charge of communicating with project owners
-Tour the area to confirm the roughness and quality-ins
-Examine and manage the process of shop drawings
-Total command over deliveries, subcontractor scheduling, and inspections at the project site
At least 5 years of relative construction experience with the following:
-Commercial
-Medical
-Industrial
-Educational
-Health
-Dental
-Vision
-PTO
