Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: regional area of Pittsburgh, KS
Salary Range: $85k-130k

We are an established Commercial General Contractor (35+ years!) based out of Olathe KS, and we are growing. We focus on commercial and industrial projects projects - both ground-up and TI - that are typically in the $3-5million range.
We're looking for a Superintendent to join our team and lead our on-the-ground construction efforts on these projects. If you have experience on commercial construction projects (ground-up and TI), working for a commercial GC, we'd love to speak with you!
- Managing, scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare overall job schedules and 3 week look ahead schedules and be able to meet or exceed those
schedules.
- Actively seek new ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Produce work in the time frames set forth by owners and project managers.
- Use diplomacy and tact when dealing with owners, architects and engineers.
- Solve challenges and onsite issues with help from design team.
- Complete carpentry and self-perform work when needed.
- Follow all local, state and OSHA safety rules and regulations mandated.
- Able to communicate with owners and architects.
5+ years of experience with:
