Homebuilder seeking assistant construction managers and construction managers for our single-family and multi-family projects throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County areas. We specialize in production homebuilding and have a great team with great leadership.

What You Will Be Doing

-Ensure homes are completed on time and on budget
-Ensure high quality in each home
-Scheduling and managing contractors
-Maintain positive relationships with inspectors, cities, and homebuyers
-Homeowner orientations with buyers preconstruction and before drywall

What You Need for this Position

-3 to 15 years of construction manager or superintendent experience, preferably single-family homebuilding
-Ability to travel to jobsites in throughout Orange County, San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire areas
-Completed Associates or Bachelor's Degree
-Ability to pass pre-employment background check
