We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA to be the technical face of the company when talking with our enterprise customers, help our sales and production teams prepare for the sales/onboarding process, and to educate our potential clients about what our platform can do for them!

What You Will Be Doing
- All work is done from home/office through phone, video, virtual meetings
- Work with our enterprise clients to provide technical answers and evaluate customer needs
- Assist with the sales of products through presentations, RFPs, RFQs
- Train customers on product and processes
- Enable our tech teams by advising of architecture/technical design
-Work with sales, product, and engineering teams to help customers understand the value of our solutions from a technical and business perspective
- Strong communication and technical requirements are needed for this role
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills/Experience:
- 5+ yrs of Solutions Engineering experience
- Customer Facing Sales in a Pre-sales capacity
- Knowledge of Enterprise Software and the development lifecycle
- Knowledge of Software Architecture
- Working knowledge of Linux systems
- Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS-GCP-Azure)
- Understanding of Kubernetes/Docker
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab)
- Familiarity with additional DevOps tools
- Ability to pivot and adapt to new technologies
