This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction estimates and proposals including:
-Costs and Budgets
-Bids
-Contract
-Insurances
-Vendors and subcontractors
-RFIs
-Dates and timelines
-Takeoffs
-Change orders
-Material Lists
-Bachelors degree is a plus
-5+ years of estimating experience in commercial, preferably retail-related
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Sage, Blue Beam, Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, etc
