- Transportation infrastructure, including highways, bridges, storm drain and rail systems.
- Water management and infrastructure projects like dams and treatment facilities.
- Urban development projects, including streetscapes and public spaces.
- Environmental and mineral exploration projects
- Project sizes $500K - $150 Million

Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading complex construction projects from conception to completion. This position requires a blend of leadership, technical proficiency, and exceptional project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale civil engineering projects, with a strong emphasis on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the planning and implementation of project management strategies to ensure project success.
- Oversee the coordination of personnel, resources, and subcontractors to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and updates to senior management and clients.
-Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within project scopes
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating large-scale projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in estimating software (AGTEK, AutoCAD Bluebeam, Primavera, Procore, MS Office)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
