Located in downtown Austin, we are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team for several commercial and multifamily builds coming up over the next few years. Our projects are a wide range of commercial projects and multifamily. Established in 1971, our aim is to share our client's vision of success through every stage of the construction process.

Managing commercial builds, assisting in preconstruction, subcontract preparation, scheduling, and overseeing assigned PMs. You will also be responsible for cost projections, project closeout of contracts, and change orders.
- 7+ Years in Project Management
- 7+ years in Commercial Construction
- Experience in Multifamily is a plus!
- Salary: $130k - $150k
- Annual Bonuses
