We are expanding our product suite and and seeking a Product Engineer experienced with New Product Introduction and product testing to support design and development for new Power products. You'll be integral in introducing new products, from inception to manufacturing hand-off!

What You Will Be Doing
- NPI - product development from concept to manufacturing hand-off
- Characterization, Validation, Performance analysis

What You Need for this Position
A Bachelor's in a relevant STEM field plus at least 3 years of professional experience in Test or Product Engineering (NPI) of Power or other analog devices:
- Experience with evaluation and characterization of power or analog semiconductor products
- Test development experience - debug, yield analysis, failure, design , etc
- Product characterization - bench measurement techniques, use of lab equipment
- Statistical data analysis ( SPC, CPK, CPU, CPL) techniques
- hands-on analysis with JMP or similar tools
- ATE development
- Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles (relocation provided if necessary)
- Familiarity with working in a startup environment
