What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Environmental Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing wetlands and endangered species permitting and regulatory compliance during large-scale construction projects, managing field monitors and survey crews, client and agency coordination, and project management. They will oversee implementation of complex environmental compliance projects with stringent permit requirements, specifically related to biological, cultural, and water resources (e.g., California Environmental Quality Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, National Pollution Discharge Elimination System, Coastal Act, others). This position will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to stay current on regulations that affect the organization's operations and activities.
