What you will be doing:

-Lead the development of search features end-to-end.

-Work with Product, Design, Client, and fellow backend engineering stakeholders to build experiences that will surprise and delight our customers.

What you need:

-A demonstrated track record building, shipping, and maintaining search-related backend systems

-Experience with backend's key underlying dependencies and tech: ElasticSearch, Postgres, node.js, typescript

-An insatiable desire to stay abreast of the latest and greatest search & machine learning technologies

-Experience applying LLMs, text embeddings, and other related tech in a production environment is a huge plus.

-BSCS or related degree
