Title: Security Operations Manager
Location: Onsite in Plano, TX
Salary: $Open Depending on Experience + Bonus + Equity
Requirements:
Position Overview: We are a well-established and growing cybersecurity company. Reporting to the Sr. Director, this role's primary responsibility is to work with existing customers to drive adoption of our technical solutions and products. This is a customer-facing position and we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and can work well with all levels within the organization.
The position will lead and manage customer success in the area of security operations. The position works closely with customers in order to identify and implement security solutions that meet their needs and ensure successful product use.
This is a new position on a new team and there are a ton of opportunities for growth.
This is a full time, permanent position onsite in our Plano office.
