We are looking for an experienced Security and Compliance Engineer to join our team, help ensure our systems are secure, and maintain privacy & compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GRC, Cybersecurity, and PCI. Experience with GDPR, SOC2, and Azure is also desirable.
Position Overview
The Security and Compliance Engineer is responsible for developing and managing the security and compliance program. This includes implementing security controls, developing security policies and processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
Perform risk assessments and security audits
Monitor security systems and identify potential threats
Investigate security incidents and respond accordingly
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Keep up to date with security trends and emerging threats
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in GRC, Cybersecurity, and/or PCI
Experience with GDPR, SOC2, and Azure preferred
Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
