Job Title: Sales Support Representative
Job Location: Kalamazoo, MI (on site)
Salary: $65K-$75K/year
Requirements: Customer Service, Children Services/Behavioral & Mental Health
- Foster and develop positive, strong, long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing drugs of abuse (DOA) and Therapeutic customers
- Work closely with assigned Sales reps to provide internal support
- Foster relationships with existing customers utilizing a call plan
- Your goal is to create opportunities to increase the volume of tests performed with customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding FFL services and attend industry-related conferences, as needed
- Complete client onboarding
- Update and maintain customer files in Salesforce including records of customer inquiries, Confidentiality Agreements, comments, complaints, and actions taken
- Bachelors' degree in clinical allied health, health administration, or related medical field required; pharmacology or toxicology degree is preferred
- 2+ years of customer support and/or sales success in a clinical healthcare, medical practice, or related environment
- Demonstrated record of building and maintaining customer relationships
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and contact management system, Salesforce a plus
