Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to clients in the architecture sheet metal, HVAC, and plumbing industries. Your technical expertise and sales acumen will be critical in driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architecture sheet metal, HVAC, and plumbing industries- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with our products and services- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients- Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling proposals and quotes- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, answering any questions or concerns they may have- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and techniques- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals- Support the development and implementation of preventative maintenance and service contracts for HVAC systems and high purity piping
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or related field- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the architecture sheet metal, HVAC, or plumbing industries- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, architecture sheet metal, and plumbing products and services- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients- Technical acumen and ability to understand and explain complex products and services- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of initiative- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed for client meetings and demonstrations.
