Job Title: Commercial Roofing Sales Manager (Reroofing)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $130k-$150k + Bonus- Total Compensation varies but can exceed $250k based on performance
Requirements: 10+ total years of Roofing experience.
We are working with a well-known Roofing Contractor in Phoenix. They have been in business for decades and have a high-profile client base that is prominent in the Southwest and spans coast-to-coast throughout the US.
Due to their recognition and growth, they are looking to hire another Commercial Roofing Sales Manager and offer an industry-leading compensation package as well as strong room for upwards mobility over time.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of:
10 years of commercial roofing experience to lead our sales division.
Experience in Salesforce, Bluebeam, Edge, Acumatica and Microsoft Office Suite is desired.
Results-oriented professional with a proven track record of achieving sales goals in the commercial roofing sector.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and inspire a talented sales team, drive growth, and contribute to the ongoing success of our org.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting potential new customers.
Collaborate with the operations, estimating and finance teams to ensure accurate and competitive project proposals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed decisions.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
