Residential Installer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Residential Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential settings. This role requires technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems in residential buildings following established guidelines and safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Install ductwork, thermostats, and other HVAC components as needed.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions during installations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in HVAC preferred.
Proven experience in HVAC installation and repair.
Valid EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with customers.
