Based in the Southern California our company is looking for a motivated new remote Loan Processor. We have a client base that knows us for our quality work.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Loan Processor you will be responsible for preparing loan files for residential mortgage applications.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of experience...

· Solid knowledge and understanding of conventional and government (FHA/VA) loan requirements

· Solid knowledge and understanding of state and federal real estate lending regulations

· Solid knowledge and understanding of loan processing software systems

· Solid knowledge and understanding of desktop underwriting programs preferred

· Extensive knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices
