I was born and raise in Southern California in a city called Arcadia. I've been around sports my entire life that has helped me develop my work ethic into what it is today. I believe while being physically fit is best for your body, being mentally strong is just as important. Anyone can work hard when everything is working for them, but how you respond when everything is working against is everything. My goal is to understand my clients’ needs, find them not just the best talent technically for their position, but a candidate that is also a great cultural fit and who has the mental toughness to be successful for your company.
