Title: Quality Manager
Location: Mocksville, NC
Salary: $100,000- $130,000/year + Bonus (~ Two months salary)
Industry: Nonwovens / Spunmelt / Polymers
Lead the team to deliver quality compliance to internal and external requirements related to Quality Control and to Quality Assurance
- Manage a team of quality engineers, lab employees, techs and supervisors
- Lead investigations from complaints to document root cause, corrective, and preventative action.
- Ensures QMS (Quality Management System) conforms to requirements, that QMS processes deliver the intended outputs, reports QMS performance and areas for improvement across the organization, ensures the support of customer focus in the organization and the integrity of the QMS is maintained when changes occur.
- Responsible for internal and external audits
- Engineering Degree preferred
- 3+ years of quality engineering experience and a strong background in ISO 9001
- Leadership, management, and/or supervisory experience (ideally teams 3+)
- Experienced working in a 24/7 operation
- Data & KPI Driven - RCA, 5Y, A3, Fishbone
