Job Title: Property Manager
Job Location: Columbus, OH (On-site)
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
Requirements: 4+ years of progressive property management experience for luxury, Class A spaces
We are urgently looking for a Property Manager to join our real estate company to manage one of our luxury properties in Columbus, OH. The successful candidate has prior experience managing luxury spaces and has a keen eye for Class A aesthetics. We are looking for someone who is creative, highly organized, and assertive but still able to maintain empathetic and effective communication.

As the Property Manager for this building, you will oversee its business operations, staff, and the facility itself. This includes ensuring financial objectives are fulfilled (rent collection, paying bills, etc.), cultivating positive tenant relationships through customer-service oriented problem solving, and conducting building inspections to ensure premium living conditions. You will also be looking for ways to improve our tenant's experience by staying on top of design and architectural trends.
Must Have:
1.) 4+ years of progressive property management experience for luxury, Class A spaces
2.) Able to work fully onsite in Columbus, OH
Pluses (Not required):
1.) Experience managing Class A complexes with 200+ units
