We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for high end retail and restaurant project swho will be responsible for managing the construction from start to finish. The successful candidate must be able to effectively manage a team, coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and ensure that quality and safety standards are maintained.

Position Overview: The Project Manager for a restaurant will be responsible for overseeing the construction of the restaurant from start to finish. This includes developing timelines, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing the budget, and ensuring that the restaurant meets all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the construction of the restaurant from start to finish
Develop timelines for construction and renovation
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best deals
Prepare bids and proposals for the restaurant construction and renovation
Manage the budget for the project
Ensure all safety and quality standards are met

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Project Management, in high end Retail and/or Restaurant industries
Strong negotiation skills
Experience with bid preparation and subcontractor negotiations
Knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
