We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Glazing Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing glazing projects from inception to completion and accurately estimating costs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of glazing projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
- Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of all project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating within the glazing industry.
- Strong knowledge of glazing materials, techniques, and installation processes.
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
