Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX area
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000/year Base + ESOP + Bonus Plans + Signing Bonus

We have multiple services to bring to our client's facility plans, infrastructure, and construction projects from start to completion. Mostly focused on Aviation, Commercial, Environmental, Municipal, Manufacturing,Oil & Gas, and Industrial.
The Project Manager for this role will lead our projects from inception to completion, leading the with project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, estimates, client relations and other duties to execute Design-Ony, EPC, and Program Management projects.
1) Establish project teams, coordinate activities of multiple disciplines, and ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff
2) Lead the Project Management team in administering request for proposal (RFP) package development, bid and selection process, and scope of work documents
3) Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs
4) Primary point of contact for clients regarding efforts such as client coordination, strategic planning, master scope management, budget finances, subcontracting, project staffing, environmental compliance, facility support and schedule attainment
5) Manage the review, negotiation, approval, and execution of prime contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
6) Manage project controls efforts, including project cost reporting, scheduling, project work breakdown structure establishment, project set-up and closeout within the accounting system, and field progress tracking
7) Monitor progress on projects and provide input into areas of concern and direction or redirection to enhance achievement of project schedules, productivity of goals, budgets, quality, and overall profitability of the project
8) Generating new business revenue by developing new client relationships or leveraging existing client relationships
9) Leadership and guidance of all aspects of multi-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion, including overall safety, quality, engineering, procurement, construction, environmental compliance, project controls, and public/community relations
1) Bachelor's degree in construction, construction mangement, or related field; or related construction experience
2) 7+ years of Project Management: Mission Critical/Data Centers/Infrastructure/Power Plants/Manufacturing/Aviation/Industrial
3) OSHA 30 Certification
4) Organizational Skills/Multitask/Conflict Resolution Skills
