Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Fairfax, VA (Projects are in VA, DC and MD)
Salary: $85K-$100K + bonus (DOE)
Requirements: 3+ years of experience
We are a twenty-plus year old, multi-award winning general contractor! With projects throughout VA, DC, and MD, our company provides services to the Washington, DC, metro area. Aviation, commercial, government, hospitality, education, and high-end tenant fit-outs are among our areas of expertise.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee and coordinate the bidding and proposal process.
- Manage multiple projects and assignments at once.
- Complete projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Communicate with clients and the project team in a proactive and effective manner.
- Analyze project requirements and oversee all activities related to contract administration, change orders, cost estimating, submittals, procurement, and project schedule.
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of Project Manager experience
- Commercial construction experience
- Commercial interior
- Healthcare, Education, Airports, Federal Government
- Experience in cost and scheduling software such as Primavera, Viewpoint and MS Office
