Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: REMOTE - must be local to either Austin, San Antonio or somewhere in between and open to traveling to both locations when needed to visit project sites
Compensation: Base Salary upwards of $110K + bonus up to $60K (paid bi-annually - depends on project value and projects) + Car allowance and full benefits
Experience: MUST HAVE TI/Tenant Improvement construction experience
We are a Houston based commercial Construction firm that has been around since the early 90's.
We are focused in the commercial and industrial sector including both ground up and interiors. this role is primarily focused in the TI/Interiors side.
We are looking for a remote Project Manager to join our team in the Austin or San Antonio market as we have a solid pipeline of projects from repeat clients out of the Houston area.
The firms has grown 40% in the last 2 years, and this would be a great opportunity to get on at the ground floor of a new market as we continue to expand.
