Job Title: Multi-family Project Manager
Job Location: Portland, OR market
Job Salary: $90k-$140k+ DOE
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in ground-up multi-family construction (1-2 projects completed)
We are a locally owned, full-service general contractor located in the Portland area. We believe in a client-focused approach to doing business and have built our reputation the old-fashioned way, by earning it with every client. Due to our continued growth and demand, we are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in ground-up multi-family construction.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be managing multiple projects from start to finish. You will also help with estimating projects, scheduling, managing project buy-out, and client relations. You will outline work plans, establish operational priorities, and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of work.
What You Need for this Position
- Construction-related degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of ground-up multi-family construction experience (1-2 projects completed)
