We are a property development, construction, and management company with a mission to positively transform communities focusing in multifamily, affordable housing, and senior living. Due to fast growth, we are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Columbus.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Project Manager you will take charge of over-seeing the planning and delivery of senior/assisted living and multi-family construction projects. You will also make sure that the work is completed on time and within budget. You will be in charge of organizing the logistics, delegating the work, and keeping track of spending, while closing out projects and conducting post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
