Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: DFW, TX
Hours: Full-Time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000/year
We are a leader in the commercial, institutional and industrial mechanical contracting field. We are in search of a Project Manager who has handled projects in $1 million to $10 million in size. All our work is in the DFW Area. We are looking for someone who has experience with major mechanical installations. Services offered by the Company include conceptual estimating, GMP pricing, competitive plan and specification pricing and design/assist construction. In addition, the Company maintains a fully-staffed, HVAC service department that supports the firm's completed projects as well as serving third-party customers.
