Because of our growth & upcoming project backlog, we are looking for a Electrical Project Manager who has at least 5 yrs of experience with projects over $3MM dollars.
" Ensures all project are implemented in accordance with the design and responds timely to questions related to field conditions
" Develop and review electrical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction service contracts
" Lead construction management of significant elements of IBMS and electrical interface works on projects, including procurement, installation, and commissioning
" Oversees, scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion
" Oversees Job Start and Project Closeout materials
" At least 5 years of experience managing large ground up, electrical projects ($3M & up)
" Experience managing the project, supervisors and workers in accordance with the policies and procedures
" Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills
" Experience in the electrical field
