We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Commercial Construction to manage the successful execution of our commercial construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, safety, and financials of the projects. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated project management and commercial construction experience and should also possess the following qualifications: Estimating, Proposal Writing, Communication, Interviewing, Safety, Procurement, Financials, Contracts, Invoicing, and Change Orders.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall success and execution of our projects from initial estimating and proposal writing, to interviewing vendors and contractors, to procurement of materials, to safety measures, to financials, contracts, invoicing, and change orders. The Project Manager will work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure each project is completed within budget and on-time.
