Job Title: Production Manager

Job Salary: 80k - 125k + Benefits

Based in Franklin Park, IL, we provide custom interior & exterior doors, various moldings & windows to our customers. We stock over 10,000 doors in our 100,000 square foot facility which is equipped with the latest technology and state of the art, and computer operated machines.

Due to growth, we're seeking a Production Manager with 5+ years of experience! Must have experience running large factories, a background in lean manufacturing, and 6-Sigma Certified.

What You Will Be Doing

Ensuring that the final product meets quality standards, and identifying and solving defects
Planning and scheduling production, and ordering resources
Tracking production costs, and ensuring that production is cost-effective

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills:
1.) 5+ years' experience as a Production Manager
2.) Experience running large factories
3.) Background in lean manufacturing/6-Sigma Certified
