Position Overview:
The position of Project Manager is full-time and on-site. Managing logistics, supervising inspections, accelerating project timeframes, and guaranteeing effective project management from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Scheduling: Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure the project progresses smoothly
Budget Management: Estimating costs, managing the project budget, and ensuring the project stays within financial constraints
Team Coordination: Hiring, supervising, and coordinating subcontractors and construction workers.
Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirement
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed about project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and maintaining clear communication channels
Quality Control: Overseeing the quality of work and ensuring that the project meets the required standards and specifications
Problem-Solving: Handling any delays, emergencies, or problems that occur during the project
