Job Title: Plant Operations/Production Manager - Beverage Manufacturing
Job Location: Eustis, FL (North Orlando) - ON-SITE - Must be within commutable distance
Salary: $110k-$130k - Depending on experience
Requirements: 5+ years in Plant Management, SQF, Food/Beverage Manufacturing, SOP/GMP's, Lean/Six-Sigma

You will manage and oversee the manufacturing and delivery of our products to its customers, while achieving all safety, quality, service and cost KPI's. You will also balance the demands of our day-to-day production environments, with our forward-thinking culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for leading the execution of our weekly production schedules, R&D trials, capital improvements, and all maintenance activities.
- 5+ years as a Plant/Operations Manager, Food Manufacturing preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or other related fields
- Lean/Six-Sigma belt highly desired, Green or Black Belt preferred
- Continuous Improvement emphasis and willingness to implement systems and procedures
- Experience overseeing all departments including: Safety, Maintenance, Quality, HR, etc.
- Knowledge and experience of Budgeting and P&L responsibility
