Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and driven Mid-Senior Level Private Equity Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for supporting the investment process, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and assisting in managing portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong M&A experience and a solid understanding of private equity fundamentals, along with exceptional business acumen to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential investments
Support the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing data on target companies
Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, providing insights to enhance value creation
Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing and execution
Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, brokers, and other industry professionals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance
Strong understanding of M&A processes and valuation techniques
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to identify investment opportunities
