What You Will Be Doing
- Operate production equipment and its supporting equipment and tools on a daily basis, in partnership with Process Engineers.
- Prepare the production environment, materials and equipment at the start and end of each production run.
- Use online and point of use quality tools to ensure finished goods are being manufactured that meet all specifications.
- Support continuous improvement activities through detailed observations and data collection and root cause problem analysis
What You Need for this Position
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment operation required
- Associates degree in manufacturing or the sciences preferred
- Prior manufacturing experience with Roll to Roll, glass handling, robotic processing or fluid weighing and mixing equipment is required.
- Experience working within ISO 9001 environments.
- Ability to translate product attributes and outcomes to processing conditions and equipment parameters.
- Able to work in clean room for extended period.
