Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Elkton, FL
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Requirements: Manufacturing, Solidworks, LEAN
We provide the most unique, robust, and yet simplest fan system products and experience for those involved with the design, installation, and operation of a commercial air handler due to our revolutionized and innovative fan system technology.
As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will be responsible for evaluating existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements.
- Developing manufacturing processes by studying product requirements
- Establishing/improving quality check procedures for manufactured products and setting quality standards
- Researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment
- Conferring with equipment vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field, and/or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing
You should know some of the following:
- Sheet Metal
- Tooling/Fixture Design
- Continuous Improvement/Lean Six Sigma
- CAD (Solidworks preferred)
- ERP/MRP
